Dr. Virginia (Ginny) Jones

With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience and over 15 years in the dental industry, Dr. Virginia "Ginny" Jones is a recognized healthcare executive specializing in the strategic growth and operational excellence of complex healthcare organizations.

Dr. Jones serves as Chief Executive Officer of Village Family Dental, a thirteen-location, multi-specialty private dental group practice, and Valleygate Surgery Centers, a network of six dental-only ambulatory surgery centers with additional locations currently under development. In this role, she provides strategic and operational leadership for more than 450 employees and oversees an organization generating more than $115 million in annual revenue across the Southeast.

Her expertise includes strategic planning, organizational scalability, operational optimization, mergers and acquisitions, and the development of collaborative partnerships that drive sustainable growth and improve access to high-quality patient care.

Recognized as a visionary leader, Dr. Jones is widely respected for her ability to integrate clinical excellence with sound business strategy. Her leadership has helped shape innovative models for dental practice management and ambulatory surgery center operations while advancing collaboration across the broader healthcare landscape.

Beyond her executive responsibilities, Virginia is active in professional associations and community initiatives that promote access to quality dental care and support the next generation of dental professionals. In addition to now serving on the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Dental Group Practices, she also serves on the Task Force for Oral Health in North Carolina, the Board of the North Carolina Ambulatory Surgery Centers, and Region 6 health care advisory team. She is also a sought-after speaker and has presented for AADGP, Beckers Healthcare and Intacct Accounting Software.
