Please plan to join us at the Curtis Hotel, downtown Denver, September 15th – 17th, 2027 for AADGP 2027! For over 50 years AADGP has been committed to building better groups by staying current with industry trends and creating a collaborative environment where Doctors provide support, mentorship, and resources to their peers. As we continue to progress towards our goals we know that support from our corporate partners is crucial to our success.
AADGP 2027 Sponsor & Exhibitor Levels
The below chart shows the various exhibiting levels and the tangible benefits you will receive for each level. You will have the opportunity to network and promote your products with conference attendees during dedicated Exhibit Hall hours as well as during the evening events. As an exhibitor, you are encouraged to participate in the social events, meals and educational sessions on a space-available basis. These activities increase your opportunity to build relationships!
Exhibit Hall Booth
The Exhibit Hall is open to conference attendees at 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 16th and Friday, September 17th.
You will be provided with one 6’ x 30” table and two chairs for each booth tabletop exhibit. You are welcome to have banners and backdrops, but the footprint of your exhibit may not exceed the size of your 8' by 10' space. Height should not exceed approximately 5’ above the table with an 8’ maximum from the floor to the top of the tabletop exhibit.

- Pre- and post-conference attendee lists including names, titles, organizations, email* and postal addresses (pre-show list distributed two weeks prior to the event)
- Special acknowledgment in the conference digital program and event mobile app
- Recognition in opening remarks and scrolling sponsorship presentations
- Recognition in a post-conference email thanking sponsors sent to all AADGP members and posted on all social media platforms
- Clickable logo on AADGP website and mobile app
- Access to any and all educational sessions
- Invitation to the Wednesday night Reception
- All provided meals and breaks in the exhibit hall
*Registrants may opt out of having their email shared. Lists cannot be sold or distributed to third parties and may only be used up to two times.
