Attendee Registration & Payment
Please complete the Attendee Registration and submit payment by clicking the link below.
Register HereWorkshop Selection
When the workshop schedule has been completed you will receive another email that will include a link for your Workshop Selection. You are required to select your sessions in advance to ensure a seat.

Registration Information
Registration Acknowledgement
You will receive immediate confirmation of your registration. In this confirmation email you will receive the link to select your workshops and create your personal itinerary. You are required to select your sessions in advance as each session has limited capacity.
Changes to Your Registration
Changes to your registration cannot be accepted over the phone. Changes must be in writing via email to aadgp@aadgp.org.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be advised in writing to AADGP via email to aadgp@aadgp.org.
- Cancellations received on or prior to June 30th, 2027 will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fees, less an administrative charge of $175.
- No refunds will be given on or after July 1st, 2027.
- Eligible refunds will be processed and issued after the conclusion of the meeting.
Checks / Money Order / Bank Draft
- All payments must be in U.S. dollars.
- ACH Transfers are available upon request.
Credit Card Payments
- All major credit cards are accepted: American Express, Bankcard, MasterCard and Visa.
- Credit card charges will appear as AADGP on your credit card statement.
Meeting Policies and Code of Conduct
- By virtue of registration, AADGP 2027 Conference attendees agree to abide by the Meeting Policies and Code of Conduct, and that photos taken by AADGP may be utilized in future meeting promotional materials.
On-Site Registration and Registration Desk
- On-site registration will be available for anyone not registered at the start of the meeting.
- Due to the limited capacities for some of the sessions, we encourage you to register in advance.
* Ticket purchases are restricted to guests of attendees only. A guest is a spouse or significant other, friend, relative or child (at least 18 years old to enter the Exhibit Hall) who is not an AADGP member, is not qualified to become an AADGP member and is not in an industry-related occupation. A co-worker or an associate within the industry is not eligible for a guest badge.
** Ticket bundles may only be purchased for use by Dental Group Practice Employees or Dental Students. Exhibitors or sponsors may purchase a 5 or 10-pack bundles to distribute to these individuals, but the tickets may not be used by suppliers or consultants to the dental industry. Improper use of the ticket will result in removal from AADGP 2027 Conference without a refund.
