From Google Ads to social media to emails to online reviews, digital marketing is a broad topic that can make even a seasoned marketing professional’s head spin. However, understanding and using digital marketing properly in a crowded and competitive marketplace is critical to your practice’s success. AADGP Board Member Dr. Chris Steele, President of Park Dental, moderates an insightful discussion with two digital marketing industry veterans.

Course Objectives

  • Build a basic understanding of key digital marketing tactics you can use to attract new patients and engage with current ones.
  • Offer the building blocks to differentiate your practices from your competitors through digital marketing.
  • Understand how various digital marketing tactics are evaluated – key KPIs.
  • Address questions about current needs, ongoing concerns and new technology in the digital marketing realm.

Jane Crosby currently serves as the VP of Strategy and Business Development at True North Custom, working to develop efficient and effective growth strategies for a variety of healthcare organizations. Prior to True North, Jane worked for Medicom Health for 3 years implementing Health Risk Assessment solutions for healthcare providers across the country.
She’s passionate about leveraging her experience in digital marketing to help provider organizations optimize their consumer engagement and revenue growth outcomes. Jane holds a BBA in Healthcare Management from the University of Minnesota, Duluth and currently resides in the Minneapolis, MN area.

Tony McGinnis

Tony leads Scorpion’s healthcare marketing division as Executive Vice President of Internet Marketing. Tony and his vertical specific teams oversee the day-to-day operations of our campaigns and work to achieve successful results in all areas of our clients’ businesses. Tony is Google AdWords certified and has over two decades of marketing and advertising experience.

Brian Delgado is the Marketing Manager for Park Dental, a doctor-owned, 52-practice dental group based in
the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area. He has held this role for the past eight years. Prior to his current role, he held
marketing roles with Fortune 500 companies such as Land O’Lakes and Supervalu. Delgado has more than 30 years
of experience working in a broad assortment of industries and managing an assortment of marketing initiatives
ranging from digital marketing to advertising campaigns to product introductions.


Christopher Steele

Dr. Chris Steele joined Park Dental in 1991 as a general dentist at Park Dental Ridgepark, where he continues to maintain his clinical practice. Since then, he has served many roles in the organization, including Doctor Mentor, Board Member, and Board Chair. Dr. Steele also serves on the Board of the Park Dental Foundation, The Dental Specialists Board of Governors, and is the current Secretary-Treasurer of AADGP. As of July 1, 2019, Dr. Steele assumed the role of President of Park Dental.
