Dr. Bostick graduated from Texas Tech University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science in zoology and chemistry, followed by his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1988. He has pursued extensive postgraduate education in cosmetic dentistry, advanced restorative procedures, and a wide range of techniques designed to enhance patient comfort and improve clinical outcomes. His dedication to continuous learning has shaped a career grounded in precision, innovation, and evidence-based practice.

For nearly thirty years, Dr. Bostick led Abbeville Dentistry in Lubbock, Texas, guiding its transformation from a single practice into a thriving network of 18 locations across the state. In 2012, Abbeville joined Mortenson Dental Partners (MDP), one of the nation’s largest employee-owned dental groups, now encompassing 140 offices across nine states and nearly 1,800 team members. Within MDP, Dr. Bostick has played a pivotal role in shaping operational strategy and supporting clinicians in achieving their highest potential.

Among his most notable contributions is the creation of MDP’s Top Doc program, a one-year professional development experience designed to accelerate the growth of early-career dentists by five years. Through immersive training in endodontics, oral surgery, cosmetics, sleep apnea, and more, the program reflects Dr. Bostick’s belief in structured mentorship and lifelong learning. As Chief Dental Officer, he continues to serve on MDP’s executive leadership team, helping guide the organization’s clinical vision and strategic direction.
