Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be advised in writing to AADGP via email to aadgp@aadgp.org. Cancellations received on or before November 17, 2025 will receive a refund of 50% of registrations fees, less a $175 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after November 18, 2025. Eligible refunds will be issued within 30 days of the conclusion of the meeting.
