Lisa A. Woodman

Executive Director

Lisa A. Woodman
The American Academy of Dental Group Practice (AADGP) welcomes Lisa A. Woodman as its new Executive Director. With a passion for community building and a deep appreciation for the work of our board of directors, strategic partners, members and the great work provided by E3 Association Partners, Lisa steps into the role as a dedicated resource with a clear vision for strengthening engagement, expanding resources, and elevating the association’s impact. Lisa has spent more than 30 years working with mission driven organizations, most recently serving as Chief Administrative Officer at Aligned Dental, where she and the team led departments and initiatives that firmly placed clients and partners from emerging and growing dental groups on a trajectory to enterprise-grade business status without sacrificing patient experience and results. As Executive Director, Lisa will focus on listening to members, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the association remains a trusted partner in professional growth. Her professional goals are to enhance member experience and operations and expand on the educational offerings from the AADGP. She believes strongly in the power of associations to bring people together, amplify voices, and create meaningful change and holds a deep respect for the legacy that includes a long-established history, stellar reputation and inspired mission of the AADGP. Lisa is very pleased to take on the role of Executive Director and will be expanding on the great foundation established by the Board of Directors who is comprised of hard-working, like-minded, dental industry professionals that believe that doing the right thing is good business!  She will continue the tradition that her mentors, including Alex Giannini, D.D.S. and Mark Sivers have instilled in her (over the past 20 and 7 years respectively) disseminating cutting edge technology grounded by fundamental, best practice methodology. She will be connecting with the many passionate, dental industry SMEs that she has had the honor and privilege to work with and learn from to deliver the most impactful resources to AADGP members.
