Room Rate:
$225 plus a discounted nightly resort fee of $30 (normally $45) and applicable taxes for single or double occupancy. The daily Resort Fee is includes in-room high speed Internet each day (two devices per day), daily access to the fitness center for two, and all local calls. Our room rate is available three days before the meeting and three days after, based on hotel availability.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be advised in writing to AADGP via email to aadgp@aadgp.org. Cancellations received on or before November 17, 2023 will receive a refund of 50% of registrations fees, less a $175 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after November 18, 2023. Eligible refunds will be issued within 30 days of the conclusion of the meeting.
