Meeting registration fees include all educational programs, Welcome Reception, Exhibit Hall Reception, Closing AADGP 50th Birthday Bash, daily breakfast and lunch, and access to the exhibit hall.

*Ticket purchases are restricted to guests of attendees only.  A guest is a spouse or significant other, friend, relative or child (at least 18 years old to enter the Exhibit Hall) who is not an AADGP member, is not qualified to become an AADGP member and is not in an industry-related occupation.  A co-worker or an associate within the industry is not eligible for a guest badge.

**Ticket bundles may only be purchased for use by Dental Group Practice Employees or Dental Students. Exhibitors or sponsors may purchase a 5 or 10-pack bundles to distribute to these individuals, but the tickets may not be used by suppliers or consultants to the dental industry. Improper use of the ticket will result in removal from the expo without a refund.

Registration Acknowledgement

You will receive immediate confirmation of your registration. 

Changes to Your Registration

Changes to your registration will not be accepted over the phone. Changes must be in writing via email to aadgp@aadgp.org. 

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be advised in writing to the AADGP via email to aadgp@aadgp.org. Cancellations received on or prior to November 17, 2023 will receive a refund of 50% registration fees, less an administrative charge of $175. No refunds will be given on or after November 18, 2023.  Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the meeting.

Checks/Money Order/Bank Draft

• All payments must be in U.S. dollars. 
• ACH Transfers are available upon request.

Credit Card

All major credit cards are accepted: American Express, Bankcard, MasterCard and Visa. Credit card payments will appear as AADGP on your credit card statement.

By virtue of registration, AADGP Expo attendees agree to abide by the Meeting Policies and Code of Conduct, and that photos taken by AADGP will be utilized in future meeting promotions.  

On-Site Registration and Registration Desk

On-site registration will be available for anyone not registered at the start of the meeting. The registration desk will be located outside the Palace I meeting room at Caesars Palace. Registration will be open every day of the meeting, starting on Wednesday, January 31st through Friday, February 2nd. Registration hours (subject to change):

Wednesday, January 31st      10:00 am – 5:00 pm

Thursday, February 1st          7:00 am – 6:00 pm

Friday, February 2nd         7:00 am – 12:30 pm
